conditions, all purchases made in house must be removed that day or the next day between 10am and
2pm if arranged with auction house. Items not removed are subject to storage and moving fees. After 30
days the item(s) can be re-sold at the descretion of Cedarburg Auction and Estate Sales LLC.

Terms and Conditions:
Buyer’s fees are as follows: 15% for online bidders; 10% for in house
bidders paying with credit card, PayPal, or checks (pre-approved
checks only). NO buyer’s fee for in house bidders paying with cash
(day of sale only). Everything is sold as is. Anything written or verbal
is just our best guess and should not be considered fact. We are just
purveyors of chattel. We recommend you preview the day of sale or
send a representative to review before you buy. No returns for any
reason whatsoever. E-mail us for a condition report at
email@example.com. Please note: winning bidders of all
furniture are to pay and pick the night of the auction or the following
day between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Central Standard time or we will
assess a $25 charge per item for moving.
