NEXT AUCTION:
Cedarburg Auction has been hired to sell the collection of Mr. & Ms. Barnes of Menomonee Falls. This is
an absolutely rare opportunity to buy Frank Lloyd Wright furniture and accessories, Arts & Crafts
furniture, and Mid-Century Modern furniture. The Barnes were avid Wright followers and collectors and
have one of Menomonee Falls more interesting Wright-inspired Mid-Century homes. Along with the
Frank Lloyd Wright collection, there will be furniture designed by Michael P. Johnson, and some
blueprints and paper ephemera. We also have blueprints from the 1950's for the residence of Lloyd
Gerlach (Elm Grove) by William P. Wenzler Architects of Brookfield. There is artwork by Miro, Vic
Donahue (Western painting), Salvador Dali, Calder, Elton G. Kraft, and many others. There is Mid-Century
furniture to include: Dunbar, Heywood Wakefield, Saarinen, Stickley, and others. This sale will also
include quality glass & china, soft goods, jewelry and loads more. We will provide more details about
this auction soon (tentatively scheduled for September).
